See something.
Say something.
A strong safety culture depends on people speaking up. If you identify a hazard, occurrence, near miss or concern connected with our training activities, tell us — openly or without providing your name.
Reporting is one of the most valuable tools in aviation.
Small observations can reveal larger risks. We encourage students, instructors, staff, partners and other persons connected with our activities to report anything that could affect safety. Reports are evaluated as part of our management system so that hazards can be assessed, trends identified and proportionate actions taken.
Hazards & unsafe conditions
Tell us about conditions that could lead to an unsafe outcome even when nothing has happened yet.
Occurrences & near misses
Report events, errors, procedural weaknesses or near misses that may help us prevent recurrence.
Concerns & observations
If something feels wrong, unclear or unnecessarily risky, we would rather hear about it than miss an early warning.
If it may affect aviation safety, we want to know.
Report. Assess. Act. Learn.
You submit
Provide the facts you know. Name and contact details are optional.
Safety reviews
The report is assessed for hazards, risk, reportability and required immediate action.
We follow up
Where appropriate, corrective or preventive measures are defined and tracked.
We learn
Relevant lessons and trends feed back into our training, procedures and safety communication.
Tell us what happened — or what could happen.
You may submit the form without giving your name or email address. Please describe the event or concern as factually as possible. Do not include personal information that is not necessary for the safety assessment.
Confidentiality & Just Culture
Safety information is handled with the objective of maintaining or improving aviation safety. We protect the confidentiality of reporters and persons mentioned in reports and support a Just Culture approach. Reporting is not intended as a mechanism for assigning blame. The protections of applicable law remain subject to the legally defined exceptions, including wilful misconduct or serious disregard of an obvious risk.
Anonymous reporting
You can leave the identity and contact fields blank. Anonymous reports are assessed in the same safety process, although anonymity may limit our ability to ask follow-up questions. Website infrastructure may still process technical connection data for security and operation as described in our privacy policy.
The report you submit today may prevent the event that never has to happen.
Thank you for helping us protect students, instructors, staff and the wider aviation community.
