Build aviation's future.
Grow with a team
that thinks globally.
Join an independent EASA training organisation combining aviation expertise, digital learning and personal student support across borders.
A specialist team with an international horizon.
Cranfield Aviation Training School is built around one idea: demanding aviation training should be professional, personal and accessible across borders. From our headquarters in Dortmund, we coordinate EASA theoretical training, student support, examinations, content and digital learning solutions for pilots and partner organisations.
We are not a large anonymous corporation. People joining Cranfield work close to the decisions, close to our students and close to the aviation professionals who shape our programmes. Good ideas can move quickly — and strong performance is visible.
Work with purpose. Take ownership.
We look for people who enjoy responsibility, communicate clearly and care about the quality of the student experience.
Real aviation
Your work supports pilots progressing from first licence theory to advanced professional qualifications.
International perspective
Students, instructors and partner schools operate across borders. English is part of everyday business.
Modern learning
Digital course delivery, learning technology and aviation content are central to how we work.
Small-team impact
Short decision paths mean ideas are heard and people can shape how the organisation develops.
Professional standards
ATO processes demand discipline, consistency and attention to detail — without losing personal service.
Flexible roles
Depending on the position, work may combine Dortmund-based activity with digital or remote collaboration.
